Zeit, Kosten und Qualität im Gleichgewicht – über den gesamten Projektverlauf. Diesem Credo bleiben Inhaber Dipl.-Ing. Mustafa Massumi und sein Team seit der Gründung der ib massumi Gmbh 2015 treu. Das Kürzel ib umfasst dabei die Kernaufgaben des Lüneburger Büros: i steht für Ingenieurbüro und b für Baumanagement – das in allen relevanten Leistungsbereichen im Fokus steht, für Bauherren ebenso wie für Auftragnehmer. Denn aufgrund der umfangreichen Projekterfahrung kann unser Ingenieurbüro Projekte auf beiden Seiten betreuen. Unsere Mitarbeiter waren in der Bauleitung, der Projektleitung und dem Vertragsmanagement tätig für Großprojekte wie die Europa Passage Hamburg, die Elbphilharmonie, die U4 Hamburg sowie für diverse Gleisbauprojekte.

Heute wickelt die ib massumi GmbH bundesweit umfangreiche Aufträge in der Projektsteuerung und dem Baumanagement ab: im Hochbau, Tiefbau, Ingenieurbau und Gleisbau. Hierfür setzt das Ingenieurbüro auf sein überregionales Netzwerk aus qualifizierten Ingenieuren. Sie werden bei Bedarf projektbezogen für das jeweilige Bauvorhaben eingesetzt. In der Teamzusammensetzung wird Wert daraufgelegt, dass Erfahrung auf aktuellste Kompetenzen, wie zum Beispiel die Anwendung modernster EDV-Systeme trifft.
